The warranty details of OTG are:
2* years warranty applicable on electrical components against any manufacturing defect. Plastic parts are not warrantied against the wear and tear due to usage.
In addition, Wonderchef Warranty will not be valid if:
a) The purchase document or the warranty document has been altered in any way.
b) Any unauthorized person has carried out repairs.
c) Product has been put to commercial use or misused in any manner beyond domestic use.
d) The product has been damaged by pests, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster or accidents.
e) The product gets defective due to the natural wear and tear of parts that are deemed as consumables.
f) Misuse in the maintenance of the appliance.
