I have mistakenly placed my order twice. What do I do?

To cancel one of your order:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: Login into your account > Go to your order history > Go to cancel or edit the order option.                                                 


  • If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected] or call us on 18602660788.       
  • In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition. We’ll refund the money within 24-48 business hours.
